Great location, friendly and helpful staff, with a sense of humour and an interest in your clients. Very hospitable and willing to please. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was a little basic but we will all be pleased to recommend it to friends in Australia. Thank you all

The rooms were beautifully designed, reasonably large, came with a double bed, wi-fi plus thin glass. Had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The staff was particularly helpful and our experience was very nice overall.

I keep going back to this place. Even at my first stay, staff helped me with a problem with my room at night. It suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, car park, bar/lounge, restaurant, flat-screen TV. Coming back for New Year.

The place is great - just some 100m from the beach, inside the tiny streets of the old city (Kaleici), few metres from shops and restaurants, but calm in night. There´s no see view, but our palms´ and trees´ view give me lot of pleasure, too. The chambermaids were really very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good when considering the price of the stay. Overall value for money is perfect.
I travelled with my colleague for a congress of cancer care and we were both continually shocked by the behaviour of two man-receptionist: Before our arival we were wondering why there´s no response to our mail about our arrival time etc. But that was just the beginning... First day when we arrived we had to pay for the stay immediatelly, but didn´t get any bill, even when we said we need it for our cheef. The price was 174 in cash, when we asked for the price when paid by card, the receptionist put down 184E with counting or anything... When we asked for the bill the second day, the receptionist was making strange jokes, that he didn´t know about any payment we´d done... So no bill so far. I must add, that it´s claimed, that the hotel provides services in 3 languages, but it must be 3 different dialects of turkish - with us the receptionist faced like they didn´t know any english at all. We were asking for transportation and information office, but they didn´t seem to be interested in speaking with us and totally not helpful at all. Second day we also went to buy some water to take on the rooms (we were not sure about the quality of the local water) and the receptions told us that we are forbidden to bring it on the room!!!! :( :( :( This time we faced like we didn´t understand... The same was the reaction, when we asked if we can buy a kettle of tea on the room (the weather turned bad, it was cold on the rooms) - he told us we can drink it only outside of the hotel (=in the rain and cold weather). So, we rather stopped all our desperate attempts to communicate, just the last day we had to come back to the topic of the bill again. In the morning the receptionist told us there´s no problem to get it in the evening, but in the evening they again insisted there´s no such thing as a bill... Their behaviour was really too offensive, arrogant and haughty (macho?) and we were disgusted by the way they are treating their clients.

Spacious and nicely decorated room with good Wi-Fi, though the windows seem a bit old-fashioned 😕. There are many tasty breakfast options available on the terrace.

The hotel is situated in the old town. Very atractive to walk around in the neighbourhood.
The breakfast is limited. There was also an anouncement for lunch and diner but we did not see anyone having it.

beutiful ancien ottoman design, great situation of the hotel (few minutes to the touristic zone and 1 minute to the port)
quite basic brekfast, very noisy at night (close to the peatonal street and a discoteques sounds by night!)
